| Dealing with food cravings Hi! I don't usually make threads very often but I thought I'd ask some advice. I'm having trouble keeping my food cravings in order. I know it's ok to have 'bad' food every now and again but certainly not everyday. I was wondering how you deal with your food cravings? I'm not overweight at all, in fact I've lost a bit of weight but I just can't get rid of these cravings. I guess it's been made worst because I've recently given up smoking too. Any help? |
