| | | What do you crave? When you realize you're 'craving' something, what is it usually?
Salty, sweet, sour... and what is it?
Usually for me its really salty things. Like crackers and chips and.. eggs(?) |

| | | Over the past year at least, I always crave chocolate. It's to the point where I HAVE to have chocolate in the house at all times, and I eat some form of chocolate almost every day.
I just give in to my cravings because apparently it's not causing me to gain weight. The key is that I always eat small portions. I don't pig out. So as far as I'm concerned it doesn't matter. If I ever started gaining weight because of it then I'd watch my diet a lot more. |

| | | I always crave the chips and salsa and queso at Chili's. They are so good. I want some right now. Oh and breadsticks from Olive Garden. And I like those Baked Potato Chips, they're better than the greasy regular kind. I always crave those 3 things. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
