so i started a detox today

because i have a constant tummy ache

breakfast
1 cucumber
1 innocents smoothie, mango and something?

lunch
1 small avocado
1 portion of mango
2 cups of veg stock


dinner
i corn on the cob ( i HAD to) not sure if that should be alloud?
1 tin of chopped tomatoes1 cup of veg stock

You ate a whole cucumber for breakfast? Ergh, that much cucumber would make me sick..

I've never done a detox, but a while one of my friends drank a lot of cranberry juice mixed with water. Not quite as full on as yours but she said it made her feel a bit better.

I always want to detox, but I don't have the heart to just give up food like that
