im feeling a little more motivated now
i have some nicer foods
avocados
tofu
rice cakes
and sprinkling herbs

yeah I agree, except from cheese, which I love more then life itself, I dont do dairy, it fucks up my stomache, gives me cramps and makes me feel like shit..I think I might be lactose intolerant I dunno. I just avoid dairy as much as possible.

cutting out junk food is very different from what you're doing. i wouldn't consider anything that says a corn on the cob is bad.

to be healthy you can pretty much eat what you want. keep sweets, fatty and fried food to a minimum but you really don't need to be as extreme as this detox. meat and fish are not unhealthy- neither is white rice, pasta etc. none of it will 'clog up' your digestive system and cause you pain. unless you have an underlying problem no food should give you pain.

i think you feel sad and tired because you're not getting enough energy on this silly diet

there is something wrong with my digestion
i had a pig out day today and am going to go back on it
5 days detox 1 day rest
and then im going to do to the doctor...

i am also doing to to try and lose weight!
