to be healthy you can pretty much eat what you want. keep sweets, fatty and fried food to a minimum but you really don't need to be as extreme as this detox. meat and fish are not unhealthy- neither is white rice, pasta etc. none of it will 'clog up' your digestive system and cause you pain. unless you have an underlying problem no food should give you pain.
and this underlying problem should be investigated by a professional, the detox won't diagnose or treat it

i had a pig out day today and am going to go back on it
5 days detox 1 day rest
and then im going to do to the doctor...
