| | | I do quite a lot of exercise anyway. Not intentionally or anything, I just do a lot of walking during the day, so I reckon I'm alright.
Breakfast: museli & yoghurt and a green tea. |

at least, don't do this for long as it looks pretty unhealthy, not much fibre or protein and not enough calories | i really do plan on it
but before i go and they tell me to cut out junk food and comeback im going to do this! |

| | | i did that thing where you only eat fruit & vegetables (no potatoes/squash type things allowed) & only drink water, & lots of it, & no alcohol & no smoking for a week.
by the end i had a clearer head & felt better & lost weight too but the first few days were horrendous. no matter how many vegetables you eat you cant get full. i was soooo hungry.
this detox is probably not good for you however. |

| | | Your detox does not include many dairy products, but even after your detox, try cutting them out completely for a few days. My aunt had stomach pains for the longest time and doctors just kept wanting to giver her different medicines and they never helped, but then she did some sort of detox and realized dairy was messing with her system. It's worth a shot. |

| | I had a corn on the cob yesterday as a snack as well. i don't think there's anything wrong with that though? It's just a vegetable.
I'm so hungry, this is so hard to do in college when everyone is eating chip & sandwhichs I want a bacon sandwhich more than anything! :
Lunch today:
Salad
Apple & a satsuma
My diet isn't very varied at all.. I had museli and yoghurt for breakfast again as well.
Good thing is my boyfriend is really supporting me |

1 tin of chopped tomatoes1 cup of veg stock | You are one brave lass. Cups of vegetable stock, cucumbers for breakfast and a tin of chopped tomatos?! I hope it works! Are you feeling great yet?!
I'm going on a diet when I get back to uni. It's impossible at home because my mum buys so much yummy junk food. But when I'm shopping for myself, I can't afford the yummy junk food - cos organic vegan stuff's already pricey enough! So it's going to be foolproof. By Xmas I'm going to be svelte and skinny. Haha and then pile it all back on over the Xmas hols |

I am ridiculously tired as well
I don't know how much longer I can stick with this, I have no will power as it is, & it's just making me tired & hungry.
It's only been 2 days though.. |
