| | I'm gonna try some bubble tea today. There are quite a few places here in Seattle that sell it.
I think I'm gonna go here... http://www.bubblesonalki.com/menu.htm
and try a smoothie.
Can anyone who's had it suggest something from the menu? I'll probably just try the green tea flavor I guess. |

| | | bubble tea http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bubble_tea Quote:
Bubble tea is a tea beverage of recent East Asian origin. It derives its name from the fact that it is shaken before serving, producing a frothy, or bubbly texture. Bubble tea generally also contains chewy tapioca balls, or "pearls," and the beverage is consumed with the use of a wide straw.
Bubble tea is generally split into two types: fruit-flavored teas, and milk teas. Milk teas may use dairy or non-dairy creamers. Originating in Taiwan, bubble tea is especially popular in many Asian regions such as mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore. The drink is also popular in Europe, Canada, and the United States.

| | | I drink lots of green tea. When I have school, I tend to drink about 3 cups a day. When I'm off, it could be anything from 7-11 cups a day. We have about 6 different types of green tea in our house at the moment. I'm the only one in the house that drinks it. My favourite is Sencha China Green tea. We also have Twining's Peppermint green tea, Lyon's Restore, Barry's Camomile green tea, Clipper Loose Green tea, Qi Lemon green tea and I also drink Clipper Organic Earl Grey when I'm in the mood. I never take it with milk or sugar. For most of the teas I drink, you're not meant to. Besides, milk/sugar just ruins a tea for me. |

Green tea in itself is an aid to weight loss, what kind of components make a green tea "diet"?
There aren't any specific green teas that boost your metabolism. All natural green teas boost your metabolism when drank regularly, so disregard that commercial, stop buying "Diet" green tea and switch to a normal, original one. |

Does your Wittards tea advertise antioxidant effects, then say to specifically add milk? You could e given a choice to either add milk or not, the more milk the less antioxidant. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
