| | | Special K Diet Has anyone here tried this? I went to the store today and got a box of it and I plan on starting tomorrow. I hope I can stick with it. Lately I have been going out to eat a lot and I've noticed I've gained a few pounds. Has anyone here lost weight with this diet? |

| | | I hope you don't mean that you're going to eat nothing but special K. That would be just stupid. |

| | | The Special K diet is like any other diet, but they just put a namebrand to it. By replacing your two meals a day with the cereal, you lower your calorie intake and, therefore, hopefully, you begin to lose weight. It should work well enough so long as you stick to it and try to get some exercise.
Good luck! |

I already eat cereal for breakfast so that won't be any different. |

| | | Why on Jebus' green earth would someone bother with this instead of just eating a BALANCED healthy diet??? Clearly Kelloggs is just attempting a money grab (same as Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers or whatever). If you want to lose weight go learn about balanced nutrition and start working out.
Eating special K is about as awesome as eating cardboard with milk. |

I am turned off much more by the attempted sexiness of old special K ads featuring a woman that I think was styled to look like an... ahem... "sexy lawyer". |

Can you explain to Rooby that "sexy lawyers" just look like 'hos, and the hot/fuckable lawyers bandy around words like 'justiciability' and wear nerdy shoes. *cough* |

Lene from Aqua had a flop single involving something about "it's your duty to shake that booty" where she was a sexy lawyer, or naughty secretary, or something like that. Effective, but a shit song. I don't think she had sensible footwear.
Is there such a thing as wicker footwear? |

| | | Well, really as a lesbian I can get away with way worse shoes and maintain my fuckability. I don't do sex and the city shoes, but my average pair of shoes is about 400 times better than average lesbian 'round these parts. Only twice as good as the average heterosexual woman.
P.S. you're so cut off from wicker. It's invading my psyche. |

| | You tell me!
Acceptable lesbian footwear:
Acceptable hetero footwear:
And frankly I would reserve the right to reject any of those shoe wearers on the basis of their shoes.
Now wicker shoes I could get behind... Or on top of. Or underneath. |

| | | It specifically says the special K diet will only work if you have a BMI over 25, otherwise its a bit pointless. |
