i think we should list what we have eaten then have others comment on if they think its too much or too little
this isnt completly serious just what have you eaten today with a twist

sushi selection (240 kals)
portion of pine nuts
dinner
lean cuisine, chicken jalfrasie (300 kals)
snacks and drinks
2 apples
dr pepper zero
hald a cheese and pickle sandwich (MMMMMMMMMMMMMM)
