I keep on losing weight

and I don't really mean to. I just really don't have an appetite. I gained quite a few kilos (like 7 or 6) when I lived in California, but those are all gone now and I'm perfectly happy with my body the way it is now (I was happy with my body a bit heavier as well. it wasn't perfect but growing up with a sister constantly nagging about her weight and seeing all these girls getting eatings disorders because the celebs are so skinny and anorexic disgusts and annoys me so much that I don't get into all that bullshit. I can't stand this eating disorer stuff any more. people have got to come to their senses. but any way, this is a whole other discussion, sorry bout the rant)

so. I'm happy with my body now, but I don't hae a lot of appetite and don't want to force myself to eat, so what should I do.

I don't snack really, I just eat normal stuff and eat candy i i want to (but I hardly ever want to even though I used to love sweets and chocolatey stuff) and I drink light sodas or water or juice.

I think the lack of appetite has to do with my emotional state at the moment, but that will hopefully get better in a few months so my appetite will probably come back. I just don't want to lose any more weight in the time coming.

any tips?

if you dont eat, youre going to lose, period. maybe try eating some stuff thats of higher fat when you ARE hungry? thats all i can think of.

i'm sorry

god. this sucks cos I don't feel like eating greasy food (I think I had an unhealthy food overload whe living in the US so now I've just had enough of it...).

It's not that I'm too skinny, I just want to maintain my weight and I know that if i keep eating like i'm eating now i'm gonna get thinner...which i don't want

god, such a luxury problem eh?! lol. i'm so stupid.

the only snack i sometimes (rarely actually) have is ice cream. not real ice cream though, the little ones you make at home. frozen diet coke and fruit juice..... so yea. that won't help....

crap.

I have the same thing. I don't have much of an appetite usually. When I first wake up I can't eat breakfast. Whenever I go out to a restaurant I can never finish my meal, and I take half of it home.

When I was moving from new york to chicago I was so stressed out about leaving that I couldn't eat for days.. I felt really sick to my stomach. I lost a few pounds.


If you don't look anorexic then I wouldn't even worry about it. Don't try and force yourself to eat unless it is really a health issue, like you aren't getting enough nutrition. And when you do eat, DON'T eat high fat foods just to try and gain weight.. that's not healthy. You should always eat healthy foods.
