shaking after running?

i went running today, and when i came home i felt real shaky for about 3 hours afterwards. it's never happened before?

is that an endorphin thing? dehydration?

ever happened to you?

do you go running or exercise often?

i don't, and as a result, those times i do exercise (rarely) and do it hard, i usually get the shakes, have cold sweats and vomit and feel like my body is floating. euphoria?

doctor told me it was built up toxins being released into the bloodstream causing a negative reaction and it'll diminish the more exercise i do.

Yeah, my doctor said you're still full of adrenaline. That's why it's good to do a cool down (like a warm up, but after). You do light stretches, walking in place, breathing exercises and drink water in small doses.
