spilled tea on my laptop. halp!

dumb as i am, i spilled tea on my macbook last night and now the mouse/click bar is sort of sticking and making a sound like there is sand under the bar - probably granulated sugar. is there anyway to clean it out without ruining it further. i've tried using an air duster already and cleaning it with a damp rag. the damp rag works until it dries and then it goes back to the same.

If its the same as a PC (and it is) it'll start doing funny things as it corrodes and will eventually die.

Leave it somewhere warm, see if it dries out.
Maybe it'll be ok.

Can you open it?

****. this worries me. i've had it less than a year and i don't want to take it in because if anything else happens down the road they are going to try to blame it on the spill. it works fine it's just that the click bar sticks.
