Gosh, those FACT and IFPI bods really aren't kidding around anymore, are they? First OiNK and now this. Ah well, it's only a matter of time before some other site is established to replace OiNK.

yeah, this is what i'm wondering too. who should really take responsibility for it? a lot of the links were hosted by google video, youtube etc. considering youtube is owned by google anyway, shouldn't they be taken in for copyright infringement? after all, google video and youtube are actually hosting the content.
