C# appreciation thread

I love C#, .Net and the CLR and I want to marry them. I've been working with it for a year now and it's a complete dream, and just keeps turning out more & more nice surprises.

I'm a fulltime programmer with >5 years experience, I've worked on a bunch of platforms and languages. I'm not normally one for favouritism, it's just Microsoft get a lot of slagging and I thought it was fair to point out they finally got something really, really right.

C# got me knocked up then left me for someone younger and prettier but you don't see me complaining. I'm just glad for the memories.
