Can anyone recommend me some web design sites I can go to or if anyone here can offer their services with design. I have a website I need a layout for but no one I've contacted so far has contacted me back. I'll be happy to share details once I know if anyone is interested.

How "fancy" a design are you talking? I do regular html sites.. nothing with databases or any of that stuff.
