so i bought a new printer, i went to install it using a disc and it just doesnt read it.

i tried others; cds, dvds, games, programmes to no avail. i put a cd in and it doesnt automatically start-up like some do, nor does it appear the 'my computer' bit

can anybody help?

i'm no computer genius but thats what happened to my last lap top
i had to get a new one

happened to my laptop too. still doesn't work

happened to me and i just blew on the lens in the disc drive, i thought maybe some dirt or something got on it. it worked afterwards.

ahh so simple, didnt work for me though

i dont want to pay to get it fixxxed
