I upgraded from Curve 9360 to the new Z10 and I am well impressed. Definitely better than my fellas iPhone and my sisters Android. Apps are lacking but I don't use my phone for that. Runs amazingly smooth and was well worth the money. Anybody else got one or are you all anti BlackBerry, pro iPhone snobs?

I'm halfway through a two year contract with Virgin and as I get on so well with my BlackBerry, I called Virgin Mobile asking if they could do a deal for me where I can upgrade to the Z10 (you know, trying to negotiate/upgrade like they tell you to on "The Money Show"). Bastards told me the only way I could do any sort of deal is if I "buy my way out of my existing contract". WTF? That would cost me HUNDREDS if I did that and then enter a new contract. Either that or wait until my contract expires January 2014.

This is bull****, I've been with Virgin for nearly 10 years now, you really think they could do me an attractive deal in order to get a Z10. I may just phone them again in a few weeks, see if I get a different call centre drone and get a more satisfactory outcome.

Still, thanks for the "thumbs up" surrounding the Z10, I was desperate to get some feedback from someone who got one.

No problem Mr. I was in a contract for my 9360 with O2 and called and said I wanted the new phone. They said I could pay a cancellation charge in installments and get the new phone which I did.
All the negative feedback in reviews regarding it are bull**** and just the usual BlackBerry slagging off fest. The features are great. The Hub is the best and helps me keep connected to all my emails and messages. I can also manage my work stuff too. The touchscreen works beautifully smooth. I cannot fault it one bit. Best tech purchase I have ever made.
