| | | Seattle Hi folks!
I'm startin' search info about Seattle, I love this city and I really wanna visit it (and improve my english too).
I've found some brochures-catalogues.
Every catalogues have different university in Seattle but I think some schools are too far from city center.
First solution:
Pacific Lutheran University, 36 miles south from Tacoma and 28 miles north from Olympia.
Second solution:
DeVry University, 40 km (I don't know how much in miles) south from the city center of Seattle.
Third solution:
Kaplan Aspect Seattle (I saw the map it's in the city center)
I'm really interested in Seattle and to study there.
Can you help me, please?
I cannot realize what is the best solution, I really need of advices.

| | you would probably want to go to a university that has an exchange proram.
the schools you listed are trade schools, not universities. they would teach things like auto mechanics, computer work, etc.
other schools you might want to check out that would be a better match are:
University of Washington University of Washington
Seattle Pacific University Seattle Pacific University
Seattle University Seattle University |

| | i see.
that might be difficult. are you enrolled at a university in italy? because if you were, you could easily talk to them about your options, or visit this site: IPE - Visiting Exchange Students
if you are not enrolled at a university in italy, Seattle Central Community College offers temporary (10 week) classes for international visitors to teach them English. Their website is: Seattle Central International Education Programs - Learning English |

xoxo | my advice is to stay as far from these areas that i bolded as possible. only go to something that's in the city limits of seattle, like univ of washington, because anything outside the limits (especially the one south of tacoma) is a shithole with a bunch of hillbillies. as it is, tacoma is a shithole, let alone any areas south of it.
so yes, try to stay as city center as you can get. that way you'll get to experience true seattle with none of that toothless crap you'd get in those other areas. |
