| | | I've just become the proud owner of... ...the job as manager of a photo/digital store!
At twenty years of age!
With no experience!
I have worked part time with the company for nearly two years but I NEVER expected this.
Especially as I repeated the last year of school, dropped out of college- twice (and two weeks ago) and had no idea what I wanted and needed to do with my life.
I'm so ridiculously happy.
Wish me luck! I start tomorrow.... |

| | Now good luck.
I guess what's happening to you is close to being my boyfriend's ultimate dream by the way, as he had to give up on photography classes last year (the school had insanely pricey material rental and general subscription rates, which had become impossible to handle) and has never been heavily into school, hence a somewhat elliptic schooling. And is therefore now wondering what he could attend that wouldn't later seem a waste of time... I'll help him search for a company like yours |

ugh, to smell like grease all the time would be awful though.

| | | Thank you all!
It was so distressing as I started work on Monday.
The 31st where the monthly stock take of uncollected film orders coincided with the monthly everything-in-the-shop stock take.
And I was all alone in the shop.
Now I've worked with the same company for 2 years part time but seriously, leaving me in a new shop with a different till system alone is NOT GOOD.
