how to deal with a bad boss?

i got a new job in the same company, but in a different town (to join my bf hehe).
my last boss was the best ever, nice, ultra able, human. my co workers were great too; so nice people!
my new one is totally different. mean, he loves arguing with people, especially the new one (now, ME).he comes to see me in my office many times a day, askling me "what about that report? you're too slow!!! go fast fast fast!!!! you are not enough fast!!!!!!"
(i should say i've never been told i'm too slow at work...)
everyone is unorganized for him, too slow, not efficient, and so on. many people left last years; there is a great "turn over". some of my new co workers are close to depress. i know i won't work there my whole life, but at least a few years because i have to get a job!!!

have you ever had that kind of "little boss" as i say?
little bosses are everywhere. international, they live everywhere, no matters if it's hot or cold, town or country. i'm sure you have ever met him (or her!!).

Foreign posts are funny.
If he's argumentative, he probably just wants someone to engage with him in some kind of banter. If not, then just take no notice of him. Some people who are in positions of authority just love to exercise what they view as their 'right' to be a cunt, just for the fuck of it. Unless you are incompetent, or often border on incompetency, then you probably have nothing to worry about. If you're shit at your job, then you'll have problems, because you're probably defensive about being shit at your job and anything anyone says will feel magnified and you'll have it all out of perspective.
