no to inner wrist tattoos but yes to outer wrist tattoos.

i have a porky luv tatt though so don't listen to me.

Indeed, i've seen more tattoo all over foot than ankle tatoo, lately...
If not done right, the foot's tattoo will fade after a while, i've seen this,
more on the side where there is some kind of friction going on...
