how does your tongue not heal up??

on top of the ones i already have i got my scaffolding done about a month ago and my septum done a fortnight ago.

I got my lip done about two years ago and I'm considering removing it and gettng my septum done instead. Aternativly I could just get my nose pierced and then I wouldnt feel like I need to remove my lip ring because I do love my lip ring.
I'm rather unsure whether I want my septum pierced because I want it done so much or because the boy I idolise got his done about a month ago when we were in nyc.

one piercing each in both lobes, stretched to 9/16" (i don't know what that is in mm, almost 15 or so?)
left nostril
had my septum done, but took it out and got my nostril done, i miss it tons though.
