I never use anythign they tell me to for moisture, since everone has their own ideas and advice. I ALWAYS use Carmex- the lip balm. It heals and moisturizes. And it seems my tats heal wayyyy quicker than my friends' and familys' do.

| | | Myself, I never touch them. But my bf is a tattoo artist and will tell his clients to do nothing for the first 3 days. After they start to scab apply a light layer of lubriderm unscented. If you put too much of anything on the tattoo you're likely to get an infection as any creme will harbor bacteria if you glob it on. |
