Are you very sensetive to pain? Booze numbs it after a short while of slight stinging. Anyway, when I get those, for me they get worse first, and quite painful for a while, but after that part they stop hurting, just like that, and heal.

ot- my brother has constant masssive gross mouth ulcers, the poor thing.

I don't know, maybe I am sensitive. I am pretty sure this is getting worse not better though.

Parma V

My body is probably 75% seventy proof rubbing alcohol now instead of 80% water...

Its cured my zits/oily skin...its curing my leg infection, its completely sanitized my nails and the skin on my hands..

Take Baby Boredoms advice....treat your gums with the rubbing alcohol for a few days...then get some listerine and use it 2-3x a day...

just having a very clean mouth will save you a world of trouble about getting bacterial infections anywhere else.

Go spend $25 (or so) and get the battery powered Phillips Sonicare Elite toothbrush.. and get arm and hammer complete care toothpaste and listerine antiseptic....use the whole regimen at least 2x a day...in 6 months..you will never have a gum problem (or a bacteria in your mouth problem) AGAIN. I PROMISE YOU.

and your toofies..(which are surely far more loved and cared for than mine were and sometimes are) will probably be Clooneyesque in their whiteness....

You make it sound like I have a dirty mouth! I very rarely get ulcers or gum problems. This ulcer has arisen from me cutting my lip. Hence the trauma part.

Everyone has a dirty mouth..the mouth is just naturally a breeding ground for bacteria...

I only suggested it because I was one of the worst cases out there probably (my blood is not very kind to my liver and kidneys so I have to fight bacteria quite constantly ..damn 70s MDs) and its just that that regimen made a HUGE difference for me and it might get your teeth a shade or two whiter towards what you would like....tis all.
