For the antioxidant benefits I think you're supposed to have 3-4 cups of green tea daily. I usually have two big mugs with 2 teabags each. I love this stuff and find it really easy to keep up my green tea intake when I'm using it; I tried switching to some other things recently and lost momentum as a result:
Yogi Chai Green, Herbal Tea Supplement, 16-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6): Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food
I like drinking my tea first thing in the morning but feel nauseated if it's plain green tea, the ****es in the chai really help with that, and the flavor too. Yogi Tea also has a Skin Detox tea which has green tea in it but it has more of a fruity/floral flavor & fragrance and seemingly less green tea, so I don't like it as much.
Another thing I read is that adding sugar or lemon to green tea helps your body to better absorb the nutrients... so if I'm at home I'll add honey to it, but if I'm at work I don't bother. I can't say I've noticed any difference there. I tried the lemon thing but that was too much bother and I wasn't crazy about the taste.
