i thought i had it once. i was having ongoing bladder pain and urge to pee all the time. it was after i'd had a bladder infection and the infection was gone. i felt like my bladder was damaged or something. they had given me cipro for the bladder infection and i think it was totally freakin overkill. because it hurt for several months. i was looking stuff up online and thought maybe i had IC

anyway i feel like i have a pretty sensitive bladder. and i'm super paranoid about bladder stuff because my dad got bladder cancer. so i feel like my bladder is doomed

i agree with clotty. pee tube pain is just about the worst. so bad

Q: if your mom's nerves are dead how does she know when she needs to pee? and how does she hold it?

I think that's what the bladder pacemaker is for?

I was reading a bit about them and I don't really understand exactly what they do though. They shock the nerves, and then she can tell if she has to pee? I dunno...
