this gel is so easy & WAY less expensive than crest white strips.
like $5 for a large tube that will last a long time.

the advice about using vaseline on the gums is excellent! esp. for sensitive gums. the directions say be careful not to get on gums.

i knew a woman who had the whitest teeth i had ever seen and she smoked and smoked and smoked, so i asked her how her teeth were so white and she told me she but bleach on a q-tip to make them so white.

obviously, she was crazy.

I've tried whitening my teeth with Crest White Strips, but they just made my teeth fucking kill. So, I figured that my teeth aren't that yellow anyways and said, "Fuck that shit."

No she probably used the the peroxide its harmless and pisses all over the expensive treatments
