last year on holiday in greece - HUGE turquoise poo (8 out of 10 for size but only 3 out of 10 for consistency. jsyk). like pretty much fluorescent.

the only explanation i could think of was that i'd had about 8 bright turquoise cocktails the night before. but seriously, i've drank bright cocktails on many an occasion and it's never affected my poo before. hmm.

i kind of wish i'd taken a photo of it now.

my most memorable poo was a skin splitter. it was the only time i've ever actally made straining noises and clenched my fists and scrunched up my face whilst trying to push out poo.

it was gritty and it cut me and i bled and it hurt and my eyes watered.

i was so fricking proud when i finished. i wanted to show people my LOG OF GRIT but i was at work and the office was empty. afterwards i just stood there with my jeans around my ankles staring in amazement at the size of my poo in the bowl.

There's blood in my arsewipe, like, maybe half the time. Should I worry?

A wee streak of it? Or a proper soaking?

A wee streak would probably just be piles, I reckon? Or if you've taken a dry/reluctant poo and your hole as gotten a bit upset about it?

My last poo was small and disappointing. I woke up today with this sharp abdominal pain and assumed I just needed to poo so I went for a poo and it was a total letdown, I was expecting constipation from hell and a big battle where I emerge victorious. but it came out pretty easy. 5/10.

Mike I've had moments of major blood pishing out of the arse a couple of times, always a bit scary. But I had piles back then and they could get pretty angry.

Is having them sore?

Could I have them and not notice?

(It happened just that one time that I know of)
