oh can everyone talk about their PMS?

cause i dont get grumpy or weepy or anything - i get irrationally terrified of things - does this happen to anyone else?

like i'll be going up the stairs and know that my coat is hanging on the bannister but get like deathfear when i see it and think it's a scary shadow, or i'll get the fear at a bag in the dark in the corner, or creaky house noises?

please tell me other people get weird pms

i don't get the irrational fear thing, but i'm more likely to have panic attacks with PMSing. must be a hormonal thing. i have that thing too where i feel hot (temperature) like that woman in the advert on tv where she feels sweaty in bed. yeah hormones.
