Your favourite, cheap and most effective natural beauty products

I know this has probably been done before but anyways! My favourite, cheap and effective natural beauty products are

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I use it in a bath as a a bath oil. It is such a brilliant moisturiser that I use it on my legs at night when watching tv. I also put it on my feet at night and then wear socks to bed. I do the same with my hands and then put on gloves. It is great stuff!!

Bio Oil
I put this on my scalp a few hours before I wash my hair and it really gets rid of dry scalp and makes hair softer. Also use this on face at night after moisturising.

Johnson's Baby Oil
Throw it on after a morning shower and pat it dry. It is so quick, effective and dries fast especially if your in a hurry!

Honey
I put it on my face for twenty minutes and then wash off with luckwarm water. Honey is a great antiseptic.

So what are your favourite natural beauty products?

i've used fresh avacado on my face, as a mask while in the bathtub. it was good.

be really careful with oil in the bathtub, that's not made for baths - the bottom gets slippery & then you have to clean it real well so you don't slip in the shower.

Coconut oil for body and hair. Just amazing. I second being careful about oil+tub.

ooh i have not shampooed my hairs in over a month now. i either do a baking soda and water rinse followed by an apple cider vinegar and water rinse or on special occaisons i do an egg yolks/yogurt/lemon juice thing. i like it.

yeah avacado's great.
you can also make a really good conditioner out of it:

What you'll need:
-1/2 avocado
-Small jar real mayonnaise
-Shower cap or plastic wrap
-Towel

What to do:
-Mash up 1/2 an avocado with one small jar of real mayonnaise. It should turn a minty green color
-Work it into your hair. Focus on the tips if that's where you have the most damage
-Put on a shower cap or wrap your hair in plastic wrap
-Wrap your head over the cap or plastic with a warm damp towel - you can just toss a damp towel in the dryer for a few minutes to heat it up
-Let sit for 20 minutes
-Rinse

i dunno about anyone else, but the idea of using mayonaise in my conditioner really irks me. so i just use plain yogurt instead. it works fine, but you dont really see results unless you do it at least a few times a week.
