| You should put your feet up lol It'll be poor circulation and raising them as high as you can will help loads. If you lay yourself on the floor and put them up on a chair or couch for awhile it will help. Also tightly grab the leg from the ankle and slowly pull your hands upwards to the knee. Make sure you massage it deep to get the blood going. People (more women than men for some reason) get this problem with their calf's more than their thighs. For long term managment I'd say eat more fish if you don't already. The oils increase the blood thinness qualities and help the blood flow better.
