you'll put yourself at risk for vitamin toxicity if you do that. yea it is possible to over do it on vitamins. my nutrition teacher says that people should take 1 kid vitamin a day, like flintstones, because that way you wont succeed your upper intake of vitamins per day. adult vitamins have too much in them, like it will say 120% of b12 or something, and you arent supposed to go over 100% of the daily values for any vitamin.
