i have a mooncup. i've only used it twice in like 5 years

and lmfao it never spills out
over the course of your whole period you could leave it in and it would not fill up
and if you take it out like 2-3 times to clean it (like you should) it would not be even close to full enough to spill out when you fold the sides it to pull it out

needless to say, i still wouldnt use it
