I've just started taking the mini pill again and I realised i've sort of forgotten how you're supposed to take it. I am seeing the FP nurse on wednesday but anyway. I have three months worth. Do I take the entire three months worth and *then* have a break or do I take one pack...have a break, then the other and have a break? Because that would seem pointless as you'd still have a period every month that way...Sorry, I am tad dense when it comes to these things...

Afaik, you do the monthly break/period.

You could always look up the brand on google, you should be able to find the actual instructions for it on the web.
