Can you get some motillium? It'll settle your stomach pretty quickly.

I've heard about these really good motion sickness tablets from Boots which are meant to be well effective. I dunno if they'd help, but the symptoms you describe remind me of when I'm in the car too long. Anyway, you can just ask the pharmacist?

Bread is good. Bland foods like that are recommended for when you're sick and finding it hard to keep things down.

i feel like i have motion sickness

oh my god. tiny bits of bread and water are coming back up

i want to work i went for one pint after work last night and i saw my boss there and if i call in sick he'll just think i'm hungover. plus there's nobody else to work (i tried to get the day off to see counting crows and nobody would swap)

mikerochip, what is motilium? do i need a prescription?

No, but you do get it from a pharmacy though.

Its just something to settle your stomach.

Nausea bloated stomach remedies stomach pain

I've seen it in tablet or liquid form.

I have some here.
Its really good at what it does.
