My scalp has always been fine and I've bleached my hair lots.
I have a friend who got another friend to bleach her hair, and the other friend liked rubbed it right onto her head or something and it really burned her (does that sound dumb? Haha)
She might just have a sensitive head though...

i destroyed my hair bleacing it. it took almost a year to get it back t normal. ughgughg
