help! ear candling?


i have ongoing probs with my ears, and sinuses- what exactly is ear candling and how does it work? is it legitimate or is it more new age mysticism? any info would be appreciated.

It's illegal in BC, I think. My friend who has done itsaid it worked wonders on him though, so just make sure it doesn't tip out of your ear and light your hair/ground on fire.

In Canada, the governmental health department strongly recommends against it as you can hurt yourself. Have you gone to see a doctor?

nope, it's all in the candle. nothing actually comes out of your ear. try burning one of the candles on its own.
