I spent almost 15 minutes trying to get mine out yesterday. What gives? Some days they pop out easily, other days i have to try scraping to get them off. Could taking a nap with my contacts in possibly be the culprit?

yes. you may be damaging your lenses, too, which could hurt your eyes. please be careful. use saline directly in the eye for easier removal.

it sounds to me like your eyes are dry. i've been wearing contacts for a long time & had to go to the hospital once to get a lens removed. it would have worked its self out eventually, but these were my favorite blue ones.

when i take opiates, my eyes get dry sometimes, & use re-wetting drops. maybe you're taking something that causes dry eyes?

it should'nt be so hard to remove lenses.

oh, dry eyes. that explains it. would visine for dry eyes help get em out then? cos i did that but they still wouldn't come out.
