| | | Plastic Surgery What have you had done? Has anyone here had anything done? I have had a bit of plastic surgery (I am actually at home, recovering bored and swollen right now!).
What made you do it, do you find it can be sort or addictive? |

| | | I have technically had plastic surgery done- I have had keloid scars injected with steroids to break them done and make them less lumpy. Mostly just ridiculously painful and horrible. Definitely not addictive. I haven't even finished having the scars treated it was so painful. |

I dont know if I could do it I think I'll just have to put up with the scar. |

And the burning only lasts about half an hour.... but it really depends on how you feel about your scar. If you are fine with it, why change it. |

| | | Rhinoplasty, chin implant and liposuction. Had the nose & chin done to correct the a prominent nose & beginning of a receding chin, and to realign the overall shape of my face. I had the lipo because even though I am naturally thin, I had pockets of "skinny fat" that wouldn't shift, despite rigorous diet & excercise, before, I looked like a grasshopper who swallowed food that didn't digest properly.
Totally happy, NO regrets whatsoever. I think the problems arise when people go into surgery thinking procedures will make them more popular, or completely change their social skills or get rid of every underlying problem in their lives.
So Betty, mind me asking what you had done?

| | | I've had surgery. No regrets at all. I hated my nose as it was from the guy that fathered me's side of the family. I didnt want a reminder of him on my face when i looked in the mirror. Im well pleased now. Recovering was pretty gruesome.
Also had implants. Cause im female and should have breasts!!
Um, id like my jaw brought forward slightly as my chin receeds a bit. But thats probably me spending too much time in the mirror stressing.. dunno.

| | | I wish there was magic surgery to get rid of stretch marks.
And I wish I could get temporary gastro for like a month or two and lose 20 lbs and then they put my stomach back in. |

Cause i cant get any form of credit i had to get my mum to get the loan for me. I just pay the 200 odd pounds into her account each month.
