Post-acne red marks

My right cheek especially looks really bad!

my acne has been gone for a couple months thanks to accutane..but my marks look uuuuugly!

And I don't like wearing make-up..I want naturally nice skin.

And it's weird because also when I just touch a small part of my cheek (scratch or sth) these bigger patches of my cheek will turn red..... from all the red marks I think?

will my red marks get better after accutane because I hear they look worse because of the thinning of the skin?

what else can I do?
I've been using aloe vera for years...it doesn't seem to do that much any more... it's like this redness is programmed into my skin and when my cheeks get stimulated just a little bit (lol. weird way to put it...) all these marks come showing up!

I've also been using Diancneal on my cheeks and nose (for blackheads and large pores) for a while.
It has 6% glycolic acid and O,1 retinaldehyde (or sth to that extent) but it doesn't do much either...
My red mark are still there...and so are my big pores and blackheads... (accutane only cleared them up a little bit).

Any help?

No one ever believes me when I tell them that this works, but if you go to any drug store or grocery store.. go to the men's shaving department, and pick up a bottle of "Bump Patrol" ( http://bumppatrol.com/ ). It is a shave treatment for black guys that get really bad razor bumps when they shave. This stuff works SO well. It is this liquid-gel stuff. My red marks usually dissapear within 2-3 weeks after getting the first initial pimple. The shit is STRONG though, like.. I have to hold my head infront of a fan when I put it on because the fumes will burn your eyes and nose.. but it works so well. Give it a try!

The red marks will fade when you are off roaccutane. Because of the skin thinning, they look a lot worse. My friend had heinous acne, went on accutane and the scars faded over time, but the healing sped up hugly when she stopped taking it.

I had bad acne for years, and as it got less I also had those "scars" or red marks left behind. You say you've only been on accutane for a couple of months. That's not very long. Those red marks slowly fade away but it takes months. As long as you don't get any new major breakouts, your skin will even out over time. Foundation is not such a bad thing if you get a good one.
