| | many years of coffee and vomit does anyone know of any alternatives to tums?
bc those make me gag.
well not the chocolate flavored ones so much. but kind of.
i don't mean alternatives such as rolaids either.
you may include hippy magic as well as witchcraft.
but you best not include milk.
maybe i'm getting an ulcer.
i thought that was only for elders though.

| | | god you motherfuckers have failed me!
i can't believe no one had any suggestions.
guess i'll go buy some ROLAIDS and hope i don't heave a lil.
another thing about it is. i once read if you take antacids all the time, your innards stop producing any naturally, and then you're really fucked.
oh i am so miffed.

they taste really good like candies.
you know the kind of medicines you want to eat just bc. like luden's cough drops and sour gummy vitamins.
so i'm good to go. for now.

I used to take it when I had a stomach ulcer. |

i don't know what ginger tastes like. herbal tea tends to be a bad day.

And Losec= as safe as houses. My friend has to take it all the time because her acid just won't stay in her stomach where it is meant to be. |

| | | prevacid is what i use. its over the counter. bit pricy. you might even get protonix cheaper if you have it prescribed, depending on your plan.
if youve tried pepcid and have found that it doesnt work, you need to move on to the next class of drugs.

| | | well i was really looking for other remedies besides meds.
i've never used pepcid, but my grandma did, and it sounds meds-ish to me.

| | To be honest, if you are burning acid up your oesophagus everyday, I think it might be all about the meds. Otherwise the next thing you know, you will be discussing which view you want from the hospice window as the big C eats you up from the inside: Acid Reflux Linked to Esophageal Cancer? |

| | | i smoke, and bask in the sun's precious ultraviolet rays, and wash myself with SLS's, and consume aspartame all the live long day....
or more bluntly. i don't give a fuck. other than discomfort.
i don't think i'm at the level where my insides are rotting. bc that vanilla cream rolaids thing worked twice in a row. but i think antacids are trouble.
i just wanted some advice from a witch doctor. i know there are some here.

| Yeah, but all these things are at least "fun" (or relatively fun) ways to get cancer. Getting cancer thanks to years of heartburn= pretty shitty deal overall. |

| | | well i have visions, and i already know i'm not going to die of the cancer. so i just don't take it into account. ever.
i do appreciate everyone's info about this tho. bc i have learned.
but i mean. why can't a witch doctor just FUCKING COME IN HERE?
what is the hold up?
