right i went to the doctors and shes pretty sure i have thrush so i got given the pessery and cream,

now ive used the pessery a few days ago but am still using the cream for another 7 days.
I 4got 2 ask my doctor wether or not its ok to have sex when your still using the cream. I know that if ive given it to my boyfriend then he could keep on reinfecting me but that wouldnt be a problem as we'd use condoms, but I heard the friction can aggravate it perhaps???
any help would be appreciated

And, er, you correctly point out that your bf could potentially re-infect you and you'd use condoms to guard against this, but what about the long-term? I suppose he'd be showing symptoms if he had gotten thrush from you, but you can never be too sure. Wait it out anyway, until you're cleared up 100%. Make sure he's looking out for any oddness in his own equipment, and defo get him treated if he's got anything funky going on.

In any case, they say that partners should both be treated at the same time as a precautionary measure, even if one isn't showing symptoms. It makes sense.
