Has anyone ever had a UTI without the pee symptoms - just cramps down their side and low down in the side of their stomach? I've just been to the doctor with what I thought was ovary pain because it went from a stabbing pain when I bent forward to an overall pain starting from my ovary up my side. He squished my stomach a bit and because I have had a couple of UTIs in the past did a small test on my pee with a little coloured strip of paper test thingy and said there are some signs of infection and put me on Trimethoprim?

Whenever I've had a UTI in the past it started with needing to pee alot and hurting when I peed and some cramps very low down in my pelvis. Has anyone had one with just the pain in the side symptoms? This feels like the pain you get with a kidney infection but in the front part of my body not the back and it all starts from low down where my ovary is?

I'm really wary about his diagnosis but I'm just checking to see if anyone else has had one like this?
