Is it ok to have a period for just one day? Does it mean something? Has anyone else had this?
Last Thursday night I noticed some really mild spotting just when I wiped not even in my pants, then I had some blood on Friday but then it had stopped by Friday evening. I've been waiting for a period ever since but nothing has happened. I have PCOS so I'm used to missing a period but not having one that is so tiny and odd. I'm not on any medication or pill or anything so I'm confused.

I had that a few times, I think it can happen if you don't ovulate properly. It's all related to the PCOS.

Thanks Desiderata. I hate this stupid syndrome. I keep stressing out about the symptoms. It's constantly finding new ways of messing around my periods.

If theyre often at odd times you could think about going on the pill to regulate them better.
