Ok, I'm sorry if this is disgusting for some of you:

Lately, when I sneeze (which happens about once or twice a day), little bad smelling yellow-ish bits keep emerging from my throat. They smell really really bad. Does anyone know what this is? What can I do about it?

It's disgusting, isn't it? I think I am somewhat lactose intolerant because I get zits whenever I consume dairy. So maybe the little bits are related to that as well?

ive had a couple of times, the bits taste like plaque dont they? its well gross

So you think I shouldn't worry about it?
