Have you tried The Godmother soap yet?

I have, I like it as a soap but it doesn't lather enough for full body washing imo.

I also like to use Snow Fairy as a bubble bath because I'm too tight to buy the bubble bars/ballistics regularly. I think I will buy 2 of the 500g bottles for a years supply. Last xmas I was low on funds so I only bought a tiny bottle. I also missed out on the lily shower gel. There's no reason for SF not to come back, unless they decide it'd be funny.

It'll be back, don't worry.

The soaps have sucked since they stopped using palm oil but I think they're getting better - a recent batch of Rockstar I used lathered a lot better than the last one I had.

I haven't used The Godmother because I hate the smell, but maybe in a month or two they might have worked it out to make it lather.

I went into Lush today and The Godmother was all brown :|. But I did get the free Paradise Regained this time, my skin has been less tetchy since I've been using it. I'm hoping that the next time I need more moisturiser will be during the next generous offer period in January. I'm collecting pots for the free face mask, I'm nearly there.



LOL, this has never happened to me, but I kind of want it to even though it's probably terrifying. I'm thinking of applying to be an xmas temp but I'm not sure I'm excitable enough. Although maybe it's a US lush thing, because I've never really encountered crazies in Lush.

Haha, you sound like the type of sales assistant I like! I always seem to come across the ones that want to show me 27 different products I neither need nor want and I end up leaving without buying anything.

The Mail Order service is my friend.

I went to a LUSH in Amsterdam to get a shampoo bar (because we still can't travel with liquids in our hand luggage).
It's amazing and it's the equivalent of 3 x 350ml bottles. I will probably still be using it next year if I keep my hair short...

No, sorry. She was Dutch. There are two Lush stores that I saw there, though, so maybe she was in the other one. This one was on Niewendijk.

i had a lush experience today. and friday actually. if you want to be technical. i was presented with sultan of suntana soap, heavenly bodies buttercream, honey i washed the kids soap and sonic death monkey body wash. and then i bought ultra shine shampoo because petals held a knife to my throat in the shop. but im glad she did. i am now legitimately contributing to this thread. take notice.
