| Shoulder Pains At night I can sleep in any position and be comfortable, but I often wake up around 5.30am, hours before I have to get up, and I cannot get back to sleep because my arms and shoulders hurt no matter what way I lie. I can't lie on my sides because my arms get all tingly and sore, and if I lie on my back pain shoots down from my shoulders. I have no problems during the day.
I've had back/neck problems in the past - whiplash in a car accident, and the combination of a small frame with big boobs, but I've never had any treatment.
Does anyone know any good exercises I can do to stop this from happening, or exercises that will relieve the pain in the morning so I can get back to sleep? |
