| Well the contraceptive implant basically just slowly releases progesterone, which blocks ovulation. Once it is out, there is no more progesteron sloshing round so there is nothing to suppress ovulation. Since your body hasn't been ovulating in a while, it might take it a year or so to get completely back to normal, but there is no reason why it won't because the initial cause of "infertility", which is high levels of progesterone are gone.
The human body is very, very determined to reproduce so a mere injection won't stop it forever! |
