more like a little tickle and then a muffled cough a few seconds later.

i do it once or twice every few minutes. do i have cancer?

i lulzed. before there were all these fancy medicines, people would really drink whiskey or bourbon for a cough. like a hot toddy or horehound. this was before words like alcoholic got slung around and it was called "home remedy." i've also heard of gargling with it but thats alcohol abuse in my book.

it may or may not have something to do with your cough. but i've had smokers cough and its not all ahem its all nasty & phlegmy.

i still do the weird sars cough. its this little thing, its an irritation that i do it at all. i HATE it. i smoked too long.

my husband has that annoying assed cough as well and he never smoked. years ago he developed pneumonia and since then has had the little cough.

I have a painful cough at the moment for the last month that I can't describe but it feels like the cough is coming through a duckbill (2 pringles together) shape.

My cousin got skin cancer at 25, and now its spread, and she's only 27. Cancer- not just for the oldies.
