I've had a splinter in my foot since Friday night. I've tried everything I can think of to get it out (mostly consisting of squeezing & digging at it with a pin) but the bastard won't budge for anything.
How, HOW do I get it out?
It hurts to walk & I'm going dancing on Saturday  |

i got a reed stuck in my finger before, it was an inch long, i pulled it out, at least i though i had. it still hurt but i forgot about it. a week later something started coming out of my skin and it was this huge bit of reed, it was really strange i just kept pulling and pulling it was huage. this was probably not a sensible thing to do though. |

You were both right. I JUST got it out, but now my foot hurts anyway because of the hole I created...
I'm pleased it's gone though.
Honestly, wearing a pair of shoes half a size too small was a terrible idea.. |

Anyway, you saw the damage those shoes did to my feet, it was either wear my ankles down to the point where my feet fell off or risk a splinter.
please PLEASE don't point out that my feet wouldn't actually have fallen off. |

I wanted to yank it out straight away but I was terrified of snapping it off in there, so I went and found tweezers and tried to get my mother to pull it out but she was too freaked out so I had to remove it myself. Gross but thankfully it all came out in one. Splinters= evil. |

if you have a splinter, put super glue over it and let it dry. then when you peel the super glue off it will pull the splinter out with it. |
