I brush - 3 times a day but I have been told i brush too much as i have actaully eroded one of my front teeth!
I used mouthwash at nite
Floss 3 times a day.
My diet is full of wholegrain bread, veg and natural stuff.

I just brush twice a day. I occasionally use mouthwash. I have never flossed.

if you brush three times a day use a soft bristle toothbrush and only do a thorough brush in am. flossing is supposed to be once a day.

ive taken pretty crappy care of my teeth. in my twenties i didnt know what a tooth brush was and now i brush once or twice a day with flossing once every few days. i still have only had one cavity in 30 years. i might have had a cavity when i was 7. and i had one more when i was 29 and hadnt seen a dentist in 19 years.
